Looking for a 3 month sublease from early May to early August (I am flexible) for this beautiful historic apartment set in the center of Inman Park neighborhood across a small park. This would be perfect for individuals visiting Atlanta for school, filming, or work. The area is very quiet, green, walkable, and safe. Fully furnished and stocked apartment. Included furniture as seen in the photos. This is a completely renovated (6 months ago) one bedroom apartment in a house. Highlights include: -refurbished 100 year old floors -French doors leading to private balcony -brand new appliances and kitchen -large and plentiful windows for all your plant needs The private apartment in part of a split house with seven other wonderful tenants. It has a private entrance and balcony. I am looking for someone clean, quite, and respectful of the space and people. There is room for street parking and free laundry off site (1 block away). On the whole the aprtment has some quirks (leaning floors, unique layout, and soooo many windows!), but is a real joy to live in. The apartment has a separate bedroom but because of the wide-arched entrance does not have a door.
