The condo has recently been renovated into a full living suite, including a full kitchen, washer/dryer, living room with electric fireplace/mantle/tv, dining area, full bathroom/shower, waterfront patio with amazing water views, and a very comfy queen-sized murphy bed that maximizes the floor space during the day and then easily turns the space into a bedroom at night. There is also plenty of parking near the unit. This condo is available from now through the end of May 2025, so I'm looking for someone that is needing a place for the next 4 months only. All Utilities included, as well as a public hot tub! All Utilities are included with the monthly price. This would be a 4 month lease for February 2025 - May 2025. No smoking of any kind in the condo. Marina Cay requires anyone smoking to be at least 25 feet from the buildings. Marina Cay does not allow any animals. Plenty of parking onsite near the condo.
