Restaurants, bars, stores are all within a short walk. Grocery stores, golfing, Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral are just a short drive. Spacious two floor condo on second and third floor of building. You will enjoy two spacious on suite bedrooms one with king, twin day bed and trundle and second with queen, twin day bed and trundle. Both bedrooms have attached full baths with shower / bath. Newly update kitchen with stainless appliances (stove, refrig, microwave and dishwasher). Living room has queen sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Flexible rental period with four month minimum and maximum of six months available during the months of September to April. Rent is $2600 per month, Security deposit of $3000 required with first months rent. Cleaning fee of $250 will be subtracted from deposit along with 7.5% taxes on total rental amount. Utilities include Electric, Basic Cable, Internet, Garbage, Water/septic are covered up to $300 per month - if expenses go above $300 then renter will be responsible for additional charges. Prior to taking possession, renter will be required to submit application, complete interview and pay $75 fee to HOA. Unfortunately we are not accepting any pets and the home is smoke free including balcony. Home is provided with one owners parking spot and 4 visitor parking passes.
