Having what appears to be original ship-lap siding and original windows in most locations, the home has a lot of charm not found in modern homes. Water is provided by an artesian well. House roofing has been replaced at different times, oldest section being 20 years+. Garage roof is metal, which was replaced 6 years ago. Basement is partial concrete and resembles a dungeon, water drainage provided for when the house was built.
