The condo features wireless high speed Internet & WiFI throughout and has a flat screen with a DVD player in the living room. There is a fireplace in the living room for those cold wintery nights. As you sit out on the patio we can enjoy the spectacular views of the continental divide, Byers Peak, and the Winter Park Ski Resort. You have access to all of the condo to yourself (expect the garage) and access to 2 hot tubs shared with other Timbers Guests. The hours of operation are 8am - 10pm. Flexible lease but ideally April 1st 2023. Minimum 650 credit and clean background. No smoking or drugs. Owner responsible for utility bills including: water, sewer, snow removal, HOA dues, internet, TV, and trash. Tenant(s) responsible for gas/electricity.
