Highlights of the apartment:
1. Fantastic location: footsteps away from Porter Sq. Redline Station; living room windows look out into Porter Sq. Target parking lot. Steps away from Star Market grocery store, Target, CVS, Healthworks and Retro Fitness gyms, restaurants, etc. We use our cars maybe 3-4 times a month because everything is a walk or redline ride away!
2. In-Unit Washer and Dryer! Washer was replaced about 6 months ago, so its pretty new.
3. So much sunlight: Every room in the house has great sunlight for multiple hours daily, across all seasons (as is evident from all the all-season plants throughout the house in the pics). Overall layout of the apartment is great too, allowing for air and energy flow throughout the house. Pic with the necklaces shows golden-hour sunlight in the primary bedroom to the back of the house, while pics of the living room show sunlight in the front of the house.
4. Parking: Apartment is on a private street, meaning we're able to park for free on the street without needing a Somerville permit, or needing to worry about street cleaning. 1 spot allocated for this apartment.
5. Privacy: Third floor (top-most) unit of a triple-unit, with no neighbors above or on either side. Affords tenants plenty of privacy and quiet.
6. Flexible layout: There's one primary bedroom towards the back of the apartment, and a second smaller bedroom that is currently used as an office (so total, 2br). The living room can be converted into a large bedroom (to be a 3rd bedroom, or make that the 2nd if you want to make the smaller room an office) if you don't need a separate living room and dining room. There's a large closet in the hallway attached to the living room that we currently use as storage.
This is a lease takeover, starting Dec 1, 2025 till end of current lease July 31, 2026. There is an option to renew the lease for August 2026 onwards.
