This includes 2 off-street parking spaces in the driveway. This is tandem with folks living downstairs who are very friendly and accommodating. Neighbors are great. Landlord is super helpful/response/great. Close to other amenities like Whole Foods, Davis Square, and Route 2 access. The only reason we're leaving is that are moving into a home we're closing on next month. We're sad to be leaving this nice community. Of note, for folks with EVs you are also able to charge your car in the driveway (this is the only electricity that is tracked separately and would be an additional cost). We're thinking it would be easiest for us to have you move in November 1st, but can be flexible on the move in date. Well behaved cats are allowed (like we have), and there is a garden bed in the backyard that you can use, as well as the shed if you wish to store your bike in there.
