On the second floor, you'll find the master and guest bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Off the guest bedroom, Blue Belle has a lovely Juliet balcony with seating for two overlooking the patio. Blue Belle includes one off-street parking spot. Only a few blocks from King Street, this home is within walking distance to many of Charleston's best restaurants, wine bars, shops, Colonial Lake, the Battery, and other historic sights. *A refundable security deposit (100% of first month's rent for stays longer than 1 month, and 50% for stays of 1 month) will be charged at lease signing, and will be refunded after the guests stay, after any damages are deducted. *The outdoor patio furniture will be available for use April-October. *All utilities are included *No pets allowed; no exceptions; if a guest is found to have brought a pet with them for their stay the guest will be immediately evicted from the property, without refund *Must be 25 years or older to rent; no exceptions *No smoking in or on the property; no exceptions; $500 fine for smoking *Included with each stay: -Hair Dryer/Iron/Ironing Board -Towels/Linens -Basic Cooking/Kitchenware -*A starter pack of... If violated the city can impose fines, amounts vary but can be more than $1,000, and that will be the guest's responsibility to pay if they receive a fine. *No parties or large gatherings; this is not a party house. *If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund security deposits (minus any deductions for damages caused by guests if guests have already checked in), but no refunds of rent payments and/or rent monies paid by the traveler will be given. Owner/Host shall have no further liability with respect to the reservation/lease. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain trip insurance.
