Private entrance, new carpeting, all appliances including dishwasher. All utilities included (water, heat, electricity, air conditioning) plus internet. Off street designated parking. Can be rented semi-furnished (optional), including sleep number bed with adjustable base, 2 recliners (one electric), and 2 additional chairs. No smoking allowed. A small graphic designer business is run by landlord in the home, so renter must tolerate sounds of small printing & cutting machines possibly running until midnight. First & last month's rent, plus damage deposit, required to move in. Pet MIGHT be considered with an additional pet damage deposit, assessed on a case by case basis, but absolutely no barking dogs. (A greyhound currently lives with landlord.)
