The 3rd floor is an AirBnb space that is rented from April to October. This space includes two porches, off street parking, snow plowing, water, sewer, and electric. You pay heat and internet. The apartment includes laundry hookups and mud room with storage. Bring your own washer and dryer or use one of the many laundromats in the area. Closest one is 1 mile away.
