The house has a Master and two additional bedrooms with a master bath and second full bathroom. The first floor has a large living and dining room as well as a nice sunroom entry off a large kitchen (with new dishwasher/disposal). There is also an additional study with its own full bathroom on the first floor - as well as a large (16' x 22') outbuilding that can serve as a large "dorm" room with multiple beds for kids or a large playroom.
