We love the serenity of being in the mountains plus be close to amenities such as grocery stores, the bus line, and great coffee shops nearby. Our neighbors are great and its very quiet - peaceful. This is the perfect place for those that want to be near town but also want privacy. Renter is responsible for fixed fee for electricity which includes internet and for water/garbage. Proof of income, copy of legal ID such as drivers license are a required. We reserve the right to do a background check. Lease duration is 6 months preferred but is negotiable. This is a basement unit and the owners may stay upstairs at times and the upstairs unit may also be made available to short term rental guests. The bottom unit will hear the people staying upstairs at times. We will provide solutions for noise reduction as needed but cooperation between units is expected. Quiet hours should be observed.
