This house is in walking distance to Cooper Lake and the Lake Hill post office. It is 4 miles to the green of Woodstock. There is a year round brook that runs in back of the house with lawns and large trees. The house sits on 2 acres of land. Tenant is responsible for electric and cable. There is off road parking along side of the house. The garbage can be picked up for about $85 every 3 months or take to the local dump. You will take care of lawn.
