Parking spaces are available for $40 each per month. You do pay for your own usage of utilities (electric, water & gas) if furniture is needed we can provide you with some. The contract for this apartment goes till 10:00 am August 30, 2018. If you choose to stay you need to inform me by verified text two months ahead. Thank you
