If extra storage is what you need, there is an access panel under the sunporch. *Rosedale is a seasonal Christian Camp Grove with 20 individual cottages, a Tabernacle and other meeting facilities situated on a total of 18 wooded acres. $600.00/annually includes the lot rental, water and trash. The water is connected from April 15th through October 15th. YEAR-ROUND LIVING IS NOT PERMITTED AT THIS TIME, although you can enter your cottage, but no water is available on the off months.
