Close to town, on the free Purple bus route. Also very Bikeable/Walkable to town. All utilities (water, sewer, electricity, TV/wifi, trash, snow removal from driveway) are included. -First, Last and Security due at signing Lease. -Available as early as September 1st to April 30. For '25-'26 Winter Season Only (not available for extension, sorry) -Strict TWO CARS ONLY parking. No visitor Parking available, they will be towed. -Max Three adults allowed. -ONE well trained pet with references allowed, NO puppies. No cats, we are highly allergic. -All Pet waste must be disposed of appropriately in the trash. Any excessive dog waste on the property will have their deposit withheld $1000. -No smoking anywhere in or on the property as it is a fire danger. -Tenant is responsible for shoveling snow from the doorway to the driveway, shovels are provided. Tenant is responsible for moving their car to make way for the snow plow in a timely manner. -Fully furnished with Linens and towels and pillows. -Some cleaning supplies, vacuum, laundry detergent, toilet paper and paper towels witll be provided initially, tenant is responsible for resupplying these items for themselves throughout the lease term.
