Please feel free to reply back if you are still interested: Utilities are not included, so applicant credit and available funds must be able to have electricity in your name (again, we have helped with this in the past); Priority will go to neighbors with good references - co-signers can also act as references (including support organizations); Units are about 800 sq-ft and come with stove, refrigerator, full bathroom; No smoking is permitted on the property; The building sits raised so that all requiring stairs; We are family and kid friendly; Improvements to the building: Recently Completed: Common-unity internet building wide (subsidized cost is ~1/3 of anywhere else), new weekly trash service, weekly leadership communication! Coming Soon: new security system, free washer/dryer on site laundry, monthly/quarterly community neighbor picnics/BBQs There is a refundable application fee if you sign a 6+ month lease, applicants will have to pay for the background/credit screening ($35);
