Wifi and all utilities included (A/C provided by heat pumps, with radiator back-ups that we've never needed). New kitchen, recently renovated bedroom suite and bath. Very large tile shower. Hardwood floors. Tons of closet storage. Includes enclosed bicycle storage. Lots of natural light - skylights (with electric blinds). Tranquil setting removed from neighbors and among the trees. 10 minute walk to the heart of UNH's campus and to supermarket, downtown etc as well as trails on 3 different conservation properties. Shared washing machine and dryer in the basement. Shared use of the decks and outdoor furniture with owners. For your guests there is a single sofa bed, or can borrow our queen blow-up mattress for guests. There is only space for 1 vehicle for this unit and parking is at your own risk (ice/trees). Requirements: - Quiet tenant - No dogs. No cats preferred (our outdoor cats might accept relaxed, spayed felines). Our HVAC systems are separate so if you are allergic you will not have any issues. - 1 month's rent security deposit - For temporary US residents: photocopy of passport and US visa OR For US citizens and permanent residents: criminal background check and credit score OR references from past landlords - Leasing through end of May 2025 with optional extension if agreed by both parties Plus $360 flat utilities fee (wifi, electric, water, sewer, heat, parking, and snow removal). Bike storage is enclosed. Tenant may park one vehicle in the driveway in a place indicated by lessors' at their sole and absolute discretion. Lease does not include a "right" to park on the property as tenant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless lessors for any damages associated with presence of tenant's or tenant's guests' vehicles on the property. Lessors will not be held responsible for clearing snow and ice for tenant's or tenant's guests' vehicular access. Vehicle not removed in a timely fashion when requested may be subject to relocation or removal at tenant's expense, for example in order to allow access for hired workers or delivery, to enable the lessors' ability to access their property, or as necessary for property maintenance.
