This in-law apartment has a private entrance and is a bedroom suite plus kitchen/dining. It comes furnished and while furnishings might not be identical to as pictured, will be equivalent in quality and function.
No smoking or firearms anywhere on premises (we have a small child).
The house is L-shaped, so the bedroom has no shared walls and the kitchen has only half a shared wall, plus a home office overhead (owner-occupants live in the main part of the house and one works from home).
Wifi and all utilities included (A/C provided by heat pumps, with radiator back-ups that we've never needed).

For US citizens and permanent residents: criminal background check and credit score OR references from past landlords
- Leasing through end of May 2025 with optional extension if agreed by both parties

Tenant may park one vehicle in the driveway in a place indicated by lessors' at their sole and absolute discretion. Lease does not include a "right" to park on the property as tenant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless lessors for any damages associated with presence of tenant's or tenant's guests' vehicles on the property. Lessors will not be held responsible for clearing snow and ice for tenant's or tenant's guests' vehicular access. Vehicle not removed in a timely fashion when requested may be subject to relocation or removal at tenant's expense, for example in order to allow access for hired workers or delivery, to enable the lessors' ability to access their property, or as necessary for property maintenance.
