This is a relaxed, new, picturesque neighborhood. Great for students and professionals who need an easy safe place to live, but one that's also close to everything in the city. Central Heat/Air Small kitchenette Coin-op washer dryer located on-site. Rent = $900 + utilities. Parking is On-Street. Off street parking lease available at times if desired, but all spots currently leased.
