The master bedroom has a queen size bed and is air conditioned, with an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped. It also contains a washer and a dryer. No dishwasher. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and balcony access and is also air conditioned. Both air conditioners are inverter type and are near the ceiling. The bathroom shower has a rain shower head and a pebble floor. The livingroom comes equipped with a big screen TV and an excellent Bose sound system, among other things. This amazing villa has wireless internet, and satellite TV is optional. Villa Elena offers 24 hours security in the complex, wrap around terrace with patio furniture and BBQ area. Includes two designated parking spaces. You can place your bicyles downstairs and there's a foyer on the first floor where you can store your beach gear right as you enter the apartment, before you walk up the stairs to the second floor. The place is bigger than the pictures might suggest. The location is very quiet. Even from outside on the terrace, the noise on the main avenue (McCleary) is not audible at all. Getting onto the highway is quick. There are two beach restaurants very close, in the neighborhood. Kasalta Deli, Mango's, and Pirilo Pizza are also very close, and Loiza Street has more and more restaurants every month as it develops (from 2 to 15 blocks distance). Condado and Isla Verde are the neighboring areas and are very close by car. There's a 24/7 Supermax grocery store nearby, with a great selection of products. Freshmart in Condado is a healthy grocery and deli store. Of course, there's much more nearby that I can detail here. If you kiteboard or windsurf, you can see a bit of the ocean from the terrace, so you can check the conditions. There's a wind meter station in the neighborhood that you can check online, which can help out too. Water, electric (within reason), and internet are included in the rental price for a total of $2100/month.
