Pet Policy: Separate Deposit, small, well behaved dog, damaged items replaced. No smoking of any type inside, on decks or at outside premises. Rent weekly/bi-monthly/monthly July 18 through summer, fall & winter Ocean views 180 degrees from Cranes Beach to Annisquam River from Atlantic Ocean facing home, listening to waves rolling on the soft sandy beach. Bald Rocks is center view. Modern kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel kitchen appliances: double oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler, fridge, freezer on bottom, toaster, crock pot, rice cooker, pots, pans, grilling items, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils. Dining area with table & chairs for 8, living room, flat screen TV, with working fireplace, bench seating and sliders from living room and dining area to upper wrap around deck. Recently fully remodeled, two marble tiled bathrooms: one with glass shower on upper level, living level with walk in shower & one ceramic tile on playroom level, outside shower with hot & cold water for cleaning off Beach sand. Five bedrooms sleep 10: top floor, queen bedroom, Juliette balcony overlooking the Ocean & private beach, and guest double bedroom on upper-level rear facing, full bedroom on living level, two bunk bed bedrooms, one with double & two twins, second with double and one twin on playroom level. Playroom with slider access to lower deck, full bathroom, flat screen TV. Fully furnished kitchen, bedrooms, linens, bedding and towels in bathrooms, beach towels. Outside decks with dining, lounging and reclining furniture. Tenants responsible for utilities with monthly rentals: propane for heat, electricity for appliances & lighting, Internet, TV, landline, cleaning bi-monthly. You will be ready to arrive and enjoy the scent of the Ocean, the sounds, waves, birds and maybe a Sea Lion on Bald Rocks as well! Rentals over one month are responsible for all utilities with the exception of water. No smoking of any kind inside, on decks or on property. Pets are only allowed with permission and Pet Deposit. Cleaning is required every two weeks and a finally cleaning at move out. Trash & recycling are left in purple bags, put out on trash days for pick by the City of Gloucester. Noise is off or reduced by 8:00 PM to not disturb neighbors
