I love that the basement has a nice large finished space that can be used as a bedroom with a legal egress window rather than just a bulkhead. I love that there is ample storage in the dry basement as well as in knee wall area under the front eave. Plus there are two exterior storage sheds attached to the connected garage w/automatic door.
