Alternatively, the home can be owned via a "Rent Credit Program" where you put down $2,300 down and pay $325 a month for 5 years (Lot rent additional $300 per month). You will be able to redeem the home after you complete the program. Tenants pay electricity, water and trash. Sewer/Landscaping included in rent. If there are appliances in the home, they are provided for convenience of tenants. We don't replace or repair any appliances.
