It has 1018 square feet and has a patio with a wooded view; the floor plan is called Marseilles online. Tub/Shower in master bathroom and shower in 2nd bath. Huge living room with sliding patio doors. Stack-able washer/dryer and dishwasher. Amenities of Versailles on the Lakes are as follows: Beautiful clubhouse which can be used for parties and is right by the outdoor pool and hot tub. The clubhouse has a movie theater and a fitness room. Outside by the pool there is lots of room for friends and family to grill and have fun! There is a second pool that also has grills and is more secluded in the middle of the complex. Also, there are many pretty ponds and fountains. There are 4 tennis courts, 2 beach volleyball courts, outside basketball courts, pavilion, and huge playground area.
