Our family lived in this house for almost 10 years. Neighborhood is very quiet and has a nice blend of young kids and retired couples. House has been completely remodeled with updates to the bathrooms, kitchen, the windows replaced, HVAC unit, appliances and flooring. Quartz countertops in bathrooms, granite countertops in kitchen. A large walk-in closet is located in the master bedroom. The house has a large garage with storage. House has a large back and side yard that is surrounded by a privacy fence. Covered patio in backyard. Side privacy gate is wide enough to park a boat, vehicle or RV. Lease term is one year from the move in date. Rent is $1,500 per month with a security deposit of one months rent ($1,500) due before moving in. The rent is due the first of each month. A late payment of $50 is due in addition to the monthly payment if rent is not received by the 10th day of the month. Would prefer to have automatic payments made from a bank account. No indoor pets allowed. Fish and caged birds are ok! Possibility may make exception for well behaved dogs and declawed cats. Failure to pay the rent or not abiding by the terms in the rental agreement will result in the rental agreement null & void. The tenant understands that the property is being rented only with the appliances and fixtures already on the premises (i.e. microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc). Tenant is responsible for having a washer and dryer. For the dryer there are hook ups for both electric and gas dryers. The tenant is responsible for the care and upkeep of the yard and replacing air filter on the HVAC system. Had to just replace the AC Unit because this was not getting done. Owner can replace air filters if needed. The building owner needs to know the occupants and who is living in the house. No subleasing allowed. Tenant agrees to pay all utilities. The tenant agrees to give the owner a 30 day notice prior to leaving. House will be shown only after applicants fill out an application and can pass a background check. Background checks will be paid for by the applicants. The cost of the background check is non-refundable but can be applied to first month's rent if application accepted.
