This is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom rental with access to kitchen, family room, garage and washer and dryer. I work out of town and will only be home a few days a month. Monday and Tuesday every other week. This place is already furnished but you can move your stuff in if you would like. I'm asking for $750 because I feel like it is a fair price to ask for considering you would have the place to yourself 95% of the time. Have everything you need at the home including pots and pans etc.. asking for $1800 down or $750 down with option of $812 a month rent for 1 year lease or $875 a month for 6 month lease. Deposit will be 100% returned if there are no damages during the stay. No smoking in the home but feel free to do whatever else you would like.
