It is already baby proofed if you have or are expecting children, but we are willing to remove the baby proof features before move in if it isn't desired. We've been renovating this property, so it has lovely new floors downstairs and the kitchen and bathrooms have been renovated. Garbage, water, and sewer included in rent! There is a walk-in closet and private balcony off the master bedroom. The front and side yard are all maintained by the HOA! Quiet and pleasant community. It includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. However, if you don't need the washer and dryer we can lower the rent to $975 a month.
