The house is well kept, has a large front and back yard, has easy river access for great walking or eagle watching, or especially beautiful sunsets and moon rises. Rent = $1950/ month plus damage insurance costs ($300,000 minimum liability). Deposit = $1950 Income (all rent payers combined) must be 3X rent or $5,850. This will include credit history and eviction history. Applicants with charge-offs, unpaid debts, or a history of delinquent payments will be denied tenancy. A judgement will be made based on income to debt ratio and payment consistency. A prospective tenant must have reliability and resources to pay the rent easily.
