This is a beautiful place to slow life down in order to enjoy the majestic beauty of creation on the banks of the East Fork of the Lewis River. This tranquil WWII era cottage has many of the creature comforts of modern life. Enjoy your coffee and breakfast on the deck overlooking the East Fork. Eat your lunch or take a nap on the bolder protruding out of the river, then retreat to the comforts of the cottage for an evening that includes the tranquil sound of a rushing river to put you to sleep. We are converting our "Guest Favorite" and "Rare Find" Airbnb into a long term rental!! This is a perfect cottage for a couple and possibly a family of 3. If you want to read what people say about this place, you will want to have it for yourself! This place is fully furnished (if you want/need) and ready to move in! There are very few places in the county that are set in such a beautiful setting. You can find bigger homes for rent, but you don't often find such an amazing location. " Rent includes internet and garbage. You will be responsible for electric, water, and phone (if needed). We prefer a 1 year lease, but would negotiate a shorter lease under different terms. We will do basic maintenance/repair on some items as needed. These would be the things that would normally be covered in an unfurnished rental. No smoking/vaping allowed
