This house was built in 1918 however we remodeled it in 2009-2010. We also added on an addition. The kitchen was completely gutted and dry walled with new wiring. The dining room, living room, spare room, office and bathroom are still lath and plaster. The whole upstairs was gutted (minus the closets) and dry walled along with new wiring. One room upstairs is not finished, which will allow you to complete as you like. There are 2 stone fireplaces (one in dining room and one in the master bedroom). Currently they are run by 2 corn stoves. There is a wood stove in the basement along with a wood shoot on the West side of the house. Neighborhood Description The closest neighbor is 1/2 mile east. Also there is a chicken farm 1/2 mile east.
