One the second floor there are 3 bedrooms - Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and has a private balcony overlooking the yard. Bedroom 2 and 3 offer twin size beds. There is a full bath off the hall with tub and shower. This light, bright refreshed home home sits on an acre of landscaped grounds. It has a long driveway that ends to a large area for parking and a basketball hoop. No Smoking Please! This is a Saturday - Saturday Rental in Peak Summer Season with a 7 day minimum.
