The first family room is to the right of the kitchen and offers comfortable seating - a large flat screen TV and a gas fireplace. The second large family room has more seating and a table/chairs for board games. There is a full bath off the hall with shower and a first floor laundry with washer/dryer. One the second floor there are 3 bedrooms - Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and has a private balcony overlooking the yard. Bedroom 2 and 3 offer twin size beds. There is a full bath off the hall with tub and shower. This light, bright refreshed home home sits on an acre of landscaped grounds. It has a long driveway that ends to a large area for parking and a basketball hoop. No Smoking Please! This is a Saturday - Saturday Rental in Peak Summer Season with a 7 day minimum. Ask us about shorter off season stays. Linens such as bed sheets, bath towels and bath mats can be rented through our linen/concierge services. Please ask our guest specialists for details. To confirm a reservation: For reservations made over 60 days awayyou can make 2 payments 50% deposit plus a $125 process fee with reservation and then the final balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Master card and Visa for payment. Departure Cleaning and Accidental Damage Protection (up to $1500) are included with your reservation. There are no extra fees.
