this property has new flooring, new paint, open floor plan, the 3 bedrooms are large, and the master closet is very spacious. the property doesn't have an HOA but i will require the yard to be kept up or for the renters to pay to have it kept up. I am asking the tenants to meet with me every 90 days to go over any issues they may have, so that I can keep the property up for the tenants and damage to a minimal when the tenants move out. I am ok with pets. Renter pays for all utilities: the house has solar so the electricity is pretty inexpensive.
