We are a close-knit community. We do want to be good neighbors, and we want you to feel welcomed at the farm, but we do have some farm rules that need to be followed and we will share these with potential tenants before signing any contracts. An example of rules would be keeping gates always closed, being open to learning basic horse safety if you are unfamiliar with horses, and understanding communication and clarity are valued and we will do the same in return to our tenants.
