Liability for Injury Injuries or accidents that occur on the property is not the Landlord's responsibility. 16. Eviction Terms Landlord has the right to evict tenant under the following conditions: A. Non-payment of rent (Grace period: 10 days Notice and reminders will be sent out) B. Illegal activities on the property (includes criminal activity that involves harm or danger to other tenants or the property itself) C. Any violations of Lease Terms D. Failure to maintain property including refusal to make necessary repairs. 17. Move-Out Conditions Vacating the Premises: If eviction proceeds, specific move-out requirements are as follows: A. return keys, remove belongings, clean the unit Damage to Property: If damages were done to the unit, funds will be deducted from the tenant's security deposit.
