Entry by Landlord Notice Requirement: Landlord can enter property for inspections, repairs or showings. 24-hour notice will be given to the tenant. Emergency Access: Landlord can enter without prior notice (e.g., emergency repairs). 15. Liability for Injury Injuries or accidents that occur on the property is not the Landlord's responsibility. 16. Eviction Terms Landlord has the right to evict tenant under the following conditions: A. Non-payment of rent (Grace period: 10 days Notice and reminders will be sent out) B. Illegal activities on the property (includes criminal activity that involves harm or danger to other tenants or the property itself) C. Any violations of Lease Terms D. Failure to maintain property including refusal to make necessary repairs. 17.
