These are not electric baseboard, they are oil filled and the oil stays inside the unit and is heated - they are over 99% energy efficient. Each has an individual thermostat and will come on as needed to keep the air temperature comfortable even on the coldest days of winter. The one in the primary bathroom doubles as a towel heater! Ceiling fans are installed in every room to move the air and alleviate the need for air conditioning during cooler days. All of the windows are replacement, tilt-out, and easy-to-clean. All of the doors have been updated with 6 panel ones and the closets have been fitted with two hanging rows. All of the electric outlets were originally aluminum and they have been pigtailed and the kitchen and bathroom all have copper piping. Two attic fans have been installed. There's a brand new french drain system in the backyard and a fresh concrete pad that is perfect for either an outside eating area or a shed. Speaking of outside, the original cedar siding was totally removed, and 1/2" insulation was installed, then it was wrapped in tyvec, then vinyl siding. A short walk to Crofton Woods Elementary or to the Crofton Country Club and you're on the local parade route! Truly a special home in quite possibly the perfect Crofton location!
