The rent is $1,250 plus heat or $1,400 month and INCLUDES THE HEAT (up to 350 gallons). The tenant that just moved out used 350 in the past year. It is a K1 monitor heater. The tenant pays electricity, cable & internet. Tenants bring their own linens- everything else is supplied (even dishes, etc.). Tenants are responsible for snow removal.
