2 Br. 2 Ba. with Den. Some people with this model convert the den to a 3rd Br. but we didn't. There is also a breakfast nook area. 2nd Br. has a Murphy bed and set up for a sewing/crafts room. The garage has a 3' width extension on one wide. We put full length storage cabinets there. We installed a full house humidifier and we keep the house at 35% humidity. This home is right across the street from the lodge. Just walk across the street to go there. We added a front courtyard (see pics). We added large slat plantation shutters throughout. Original upgrades include extra concrete slab in the back and one side, 5" crown molding at floors throughout, and ceilings in kitchen and living room/dining room areas. Our 18" tiles were laid at a diagonal.
