I'm kinda partial to this house. See, I've been over here for parties and just to hang out. It is one of those places that just has a good vibe. The kind of place with a floor plan that just works & seems sooo much larger than it is. This is the first time this place has been on the market since 1986, but that DOESN'T mean it feels old. In fact, the seller has done a lot of sweet things to keep this house nice.....Like.....replacement windows, an addition on the back that made the kitchen even bigger and added a bonus space that is perfect for an office/sitting room/breakfast table/exercise equipment. The seller is really big on upkeep too. I think you'll be impressed at the condition this house is in. I almost forgot to mention how convenient living in Gardenside is to EVERYTHING and that it is in the Dunbar High School District. This one is worth seeing in person :-)
