I'm kinda partial to this house. See, I've been over here for parties and just to hang out. It is one of those places that just has a good vibe. The kind of place with a floor plan that just works & seems sooo much larger than it is. This is the first time this place has been on the market since 1986, but that DOESN'T mean it feels old.
