It is in a quite safe neighborhood 18 min to downtown Asheville. Owner pays for all utilities. Utilities run about $150 month. No Smoking, No pets. Even though this is a two bedroom I only want to rent it to one occupant. Application Fee of $30 will include background and credit check.
