The Association works to preserve the natural aesthetic and peacefulness of the lake with the philosophy “Forever Wild” by only allowing electric boats and sailboats, kayaks, rowboats etc. There are excellent swimming/fishing opportunities, a sandy beach with lifeguards and maintained trails throughout the +/- 1,800 acres of private land adjacent to thousands of acres of New York State land. Wolf Lake members create a variety of social events for the family throughout the entire year at the clubhouse. Association members also have a playground, baseball field, volleyball & basketball courts and shooting range with trap and targets. An Archery range is anticipated for completion in 2020. Lovingly renovated in 2012, our lake cottage has views overlooking Wolf Lake just out the front windows and from the beautiful front deck. From the backyard, there is direct trail access to over +/- 1800 acres of private Wolf Lake Association land for hiking, mountain biking, and hunting. ATV trails abound. Newly built barn with room for storage of all your fun lake-life toys or gather family and friends inside for rainy day games or indoor picnics. This barn is even large enough to accommodate a Wolf Lake Association approved pontoon boat. The barn includes a loft for added space. Lake access via wide Right-Of-Way that includes a sandy boat launch, non-motorized boat storage, a large dock, storage locker and a swimming platform. The ROW is just across the street from the house and is shared by a few neighboring families.
