Communal outdoor gas grilling spaces available. Located next door to the Windrift and Icona Hotels. 15 minutes to Wildwood and Cape May. 35 minutes to Atlantic City. Please note that this building does not have an elevator. This is a non-smoking unit. Also, the pool is generally open through September, possibly early October. However, the condo association board reserves the right to close the pool sooner due to the weather/impending storms at their sole discretion.
