An enclosed breeze way attaches the house to the 3 car garage (768 sq ft) which will have up to 2 spaces available and there is also another driveway in the back of the property for extra parking if necessary. Floors downstairs are all hardwood and tile in the kitchen the only carpet is on the steps that go upstairs, the hallway upstairs, and one of the rooms upstairs. Washer Dryer set up is in the kitchen and is set-up for an electric dryer there is no hook-up for gas. The washer and dryer pictured are mine and not included. The kitchen has a ton of cupboard and storage space and also comes with the fridge, stove and dishwasher. There is an enclosed front porch connected to the living room in the front of the house that goes out onto another small porch with two sets of steps. There is also a small porch accessible through the kitchen and leads to back of the house. Brick patio out back with plenty of room for patio furniture and a grill. There are built up flower beds out back with a built in sprinkler system and much more flower bed space all the way around the property. The half bathroom is located in the basement of the house and the toilet (not pictured) is being installed on nov 6th. There is an alarm system installed in the house with motion censors on every door and also motion lights on the back porch and garage. Boiler heat runs the house with radiators in each room (they have coverings over them upstairs). There is no central air but I bought a window unit for the downstairs and upstairs. Also every room has a ceiling fan. I work Monday thru Thursday 12-10 so i wont be able to answer calls but i can communicate thru text and call back later in the night when I have my breaks. All pets shapes and sizes welcome. There will be an additional $25 fee for each pet added to the rent monthly or can be paid upfront for the year when the security deposit is collected. Trash and gas will be paid for by me. The village of Brewster has their own utilities and they bundle water,electric, and sewer all as one bill which is due monthly usually the week of the 15th and will be the only utilities that you are responsible for. My dad lived in the house for 4 months this year and his bill was usually under $100. There will be an application that needs filled out for the Village of Brewster to switch the bill over if a lease is agreed upon. Credit and background check will be required for application. I have a website I will be using and will hand out the application during showings. There will be a $40 fee to complete the background check which will be paid for by the applicant. This website will also be what rent is paid through and is very easy to use. All of this will be explained in as much detail possible to make sure every ones on the same page. House will be professionally cleaned and disinfected before move in covered by me.
