The location is great. The bus stop is close with, University of Oregon route is less than 15 minutes. Most of the homes around it are home owners. This house has forced air heating with ceiling ducts throughout. It has a roof that is less than 5 years old, updated electrical box, and sewer lines and exterior paint. Our home is larger than it appearrs. It was last sold in 1976. It included a fully covered 350 feet patio.and a partially insulated 600+ foot area that had served as bedroom/ extra living are for that families 10 children. Before that it had been a candy business. We just use that are for storing everybodies stuff. It has great potential for a mother-in-law apartment.
