The HOA got a grant for 200k to build this neighborhood park. Our HOA is the most active HOA in all of Palm Bay. Palm Bay is the 6th largest city in Florida. This neighborhood consists of young families with schoolage children and some retired folks; nice and quiet. Opinions are subjective so when you come to see the house I'll introduce you to the neighbors! Please see the house three times. Once when it rains ( you can check for leaks, none and you can see the rain fall doesn't pool in front of your home in this neighborhood. In fact the street to the north and the one to the south of us were flooded after the hurricanes but ours was dry! ) Second early in the morning to see the lack of congestion with school and work traffic. Third in the evening, work traffic coming home and kids playing. Everything is close by. Really meet the neighbors. My children are grown and the rest of my family has moved from up north to a few states north of me and I wish to live near them.
