They can also be reached via the back staircase. The space connecting these two rooms is large and over the years we used them as a reading room, an office, and storage space. Please note that you are responsible for snow ploughing and cutting the lawn. If you don't have the time, we can recommend locals who provide these services. Tenants are responsible for gas and electricity. This area does not offer curb side garbage collection but for a minimal fee you can contract someone to do weekly collection.
