The 200 acres ranch is located in the northern part of Minnesota, in Koochiching County, near the city of Baudette, Lake of the Woods and the Rainy River. The ranch is at the end of a county road seven miles south of Clementson and borders State Forest on three sides with almost 2 million continuous acres. I posted aerial photos below.
