Key Limitless provides both furnished and unfurnished, inviting, comfortable and relaxing long-term housing to Travel Nurses, and Corporate Guests. This comfortable and relaxing home is a 2 story, 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath house with a private driveway. All utilities, and internet/ WiFi are included. This home is truly a home away from home. The decor is comfortable and relaxing. There is a desk/ work area for those who need to work at home or, just want a comfortable place to sure the internet. The master bedroom is on the first floor. The master bathroom has a garden soaking tub, separate shower and private toilet room. The room is currently set up with twin beds (perfect for sharing) but, we are always happy to swap the beds out for a single larger bed. The house also has a large backyard with a cozy sitting area that can be lit up at night with the provided garden torches. Perfect for relaxing and decompressing after a long day, or even, to enjoy a morning cup of tea or coffee as a peaceful start to your day. The kitchen is fully quip with, Microwave, Rice Cooker, Dishwasher, Stove, Fridge, pots, pans, Crock Pot, cooking and baking utensils and all the necessary gadgets and tools you would need to feel right at home. It even has a Coffee, Tea and hot chocolate bar A (with a Keurig). The laundry room is on the first floor and has a Washer and Dryer. We also provide an iron and ironing board. Each bedroom has a smart lock for added privacy for those who plan on renting as a group. Each bedroom, and the living room also has a smart tv. The driveway comfortably holds 2 cars. However, there is also street parking available in front of the house. There is a 2 car garage attached to the house. However, it is sometimes used as storage for the home. If more parking is needed, please let us know and we can accommodate. We stock the following with starter items: Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate Bar: A Variety of flavors of Keurig pods, Sugar, Creamer, Honey, Tea Bags, Disposable Starbucks cups, Hot Chocolate, Marshmallows Kitchen Items: Dish soap, Dishwasher Soap, Cleaning Supplies: Windex, Bathroom Cleaner, Bleach General Items: Toilet paper, Paper Towel, Trash bags If there is something you need, that is not in the home, please feel free to ask us. If we are able, we are happy to accommodate. This is a no smoking property. Our minimum available lease term is 3 months. Application fee is $75.00 per applicant. There is a 225.00 cleaning fee.
