I own 2 non-shedding, trained, friendly labradoodles and a pug who won't bother you and will have a barrier up for your comfort. The property is less than 5 minutes away from the Treasure Valley Marketplace (Costco, Target, various restaurants/fast food) and freeway access to the east and west. This home is located in a new community and also contains a pool/small gym area that can be used at the tenant's request. My partner and I (owners) will be moving later this year to another state and will plan to rent the master bedroom out to a third tenant/roommate. We will be taking the dogs with us, of course.
