Great ranch house near KSU Football stadium. We have lived in this house for 6 years and have rented to one family for the last several years. Many updates to the house have been done. Nice fireplace with two living room areas. Master bed with a private bathroom and shower. There is new carpet in all of the bedrooms, and new laminate in the main area of the house. There is a 6'ft privacy fence for the back and side yard. Best of all, no dealing with a property management company! tenet pays all utilities including trash and water. Will discuss what pets are allowed, but normally not an issue.
