We had the siding taken off after buying the house and had brick and stone (back of house is stone) added to exterior with landscape redone. Downstairs is fully finished with tile floor (except media room has carpet) and granite counter tops. Full wet bar downstairs as well as off living room. TONS of storage everywhere! Neighbors houses did not have finished basements! Third car garage on Basement level with private drive entrance. On 3/2010 the Den had hardwood floors installed and a gas vent-free fireplace and mantle (with set-up for Flat-screen TV up to 50 inches installed. Custom wood mantle and newly painted. Painted kitchen and had counters refinished, had new tile backsplash, pendent lighting over center island, gas cooktop installed and over the range microwave oven (which clears even more counter space!). Also, under cabinet lighting was added and plugs were installed above the cabinets in order to allow additional lighting if desired (or decorations during holidays!). Living room and dining room are now hardwood as well (just done 2/15) so whole of downstairs is beautiful hardwood ! New Update (1/2019) The upstairs floor is now hardwood for both stair cases, in Master Bedroom, Hallway, Guest Bedroom and other bedroom. Playroom/Bedroom is still carpeted. 02/2019 Master BR redecorated.
